The Conference has been very pleased to welcome a good number of younger delegates in recent years, and their contribution to the fellowship of the weekend is a source of encouragement to everyone.
If you are under 18, we will anticipate that you will either be present with your parent(s), or you will be present under the specific responsibility of another delegate(s) who will also be able to look after your basic needs travelling to and from High Leigh, and during the Conference itself.
The committee hope that your participation in the Conference will be an enjoyable one, and if circumstances arise that require additional assistance to be provided, we will undertake these to the best of our ability and in accordance with the statement contained in the Under-18 booking form.
Your attendance at Conference will be subject to a signed declaration as required in the Under-18 booking form.
